The following amendments to the institutional rules of Aluochier Dispute Resolution are hereby published in the AITAR Digital Gazette pursuant to the respective amendment provisions. All amendments shall take effect on 1 July 2026 unless otherwise stated.
Pursuant to Rule 76 of AISTAR 2026, the following amendments are made:

Pursuant to Rule 68 of AITAR 2026, the following amendments are made:

Pursuant to Rule 35 of the ADR Mediation Rules, the following amendments are made:

Amendment to Schedule D Item 1B:
SST Verifier fee shall be the same as the uncontested estate fee under Schedule D Item 2 – 5% of estate value up to KES 1,000,000, plus 1% above KES 1,000,000, minimum KES 30,000 – irrespective of whether a Certificate of Settlement or Referral Notice is issued.
