Section B | Standard Programme Enrolment

The standard programme proceeds through three tiers. You may apply to commence at Tier I (Foundation Certificate). Progression to Tier II (Practitioner Diploma) and Tier III (Advanced Practitioner) follows successful completion of each preceding tier's assessment. Select the tier at which you wish to commence.

Modules 1 to 5. Constitutional framework, procedural rules, costs and fees, review and enforcement, ethics. Standard entry point for all applicants.

Tier II

Practitioner Diploma

Modules 6 to 9. Jurisdiction, drafting, multi-party proceedings, domestic arbitration. Requires evidence of Tier I completion or equivalent prior learning.

Tier III

Advanced Practitioner

Modules 10 to 15. SRT review, international arbitration, AISTAR succession, mediation, AIETAR electoral disputes. Requires evidence of Tier II completion or equivalent.

Section B | Direct Entry under TPD 12/2026

Direct entry is available at Tier I, Tier II, or Tier III. The portfolio assessment procedure is governed by TPD 12/2026. You are responsible for demonstrating equivalent prior learning through your CV, Schedule of Proceedings, and specimen decisions. Where gaps are identified, targeted bridge modules are prescribed before admission. A Founding Tier B Cohort invitation enables direct entry at Tier III without a competitive assessment; the sole Assessor model applies.

Section B | AISTAR Specialist Supplement Application

The AISTAR Specialist Supplement (Module 13) is available to existing Tier A and Tier B Roster members. It confers eligibility for appointment to AISTAR succession proceedings and SST Verifier assignments under AISTAR 2026. It is not a new tier and does not require a full direct entry assessment.
